This Privacy Policy describes how the Unique Ballshot mobile application ("the App", "we") handles information when you use it. We designed the App so that it works without collecting your personal data.
We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. The App does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information, and does not use analytics or advertising SDKs.
Game progress, scores, and settings (such as sound preferences) are stored only locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us or to any third party, and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
The App's learning section fetches publicly available article summaries from the Wikipedia REST API (operated by the Wikimedia Foundation) to display educational content. These requests contain only the name of the topic being viewed and do not include any personal information or identifiers. Wikimedia's handling of requests is governed by the Wikimedia Privacy Policy.
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or social media SDKs.
The App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
Because we do not collect or process any personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete. You can remove all locally stored game data at any time by uninstalling the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
